Catalog Description:
Explores the hidden economic logic behind personal decisions. Applies economic frameworks to analyze housing purchases, investment strategies, insurance choices, and consumption timing. Develops analytical skills for evaluating tradeoffs through the economic lens of opportunity costs, market efficiency, and uncertainty. Equips students with decision-making tools grounded in economic theory. Prerequisite: ECON 200.
