Graduation Celebration

Please plan on joining us in celebrating the Department of Economics Class of 2025! Speakers will include our Department Chair and our 2025 Distinguished Alumnus. We will also hear about our outstanding students and are excited to celebrate our PhD and Bachelors’ degree recipients. This is a wonderful time for students, faculty members, families, and friends to celebrate the achievements of our graduates!
A Graduation Celebration program will be posted on our department website and handed out to graduates at the event. If you do not want your name printed in our event program, please email econadv@uw.edu so that we can accommodate your request.
Tickets are not required, however, we ask that students bring no more than 6 guests. The HUB Ballroom doors will be closed when the room reaches capacity.
This is an in-person event (it will not be recorded or live-streamed).
Students should register to attend in May 2025. An email will be sent to students eligible to participate from May 7-25. Additional details will be sent to graduates who have RSVP'd to the event.
