The Department of Economics is pleased to welcome junior Atoosa Moinzadeh, a double major in economics and journalism, as our new student assistant in the front office.
Atoosa is an intern reporter for The Seattle Globalist and also writes for The Daily. Her interests include reading, making, and collecting zines, conversations about social and economic activism, reading up on pop culture critique, and brushing up on her Farsi. The student assistant for the Department provides general assistance to the staff and faculty, assisting with student advising, marketing and communications, and event support.
