In the past few months, the world has been turned on its head due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The University of Washington reacted to this issue early, quickly moving all operations online. We have now reached a new normal of classes being conducted via zoom, teleworking, and quarantine. A part of that normal is an ever changing situation; rules and recommendations need to constantly be monitored. Below are a few UW resources regarding campus operations and State guidelines during coronavirus.
While in quarantine, we have seen an increase in calls for reforms to our system. Race and equity have been a concern for many years at UW. Below are resources from the University and the UW Samuel E. Kelly Ethnic Cultural Center.
We are living in an unusual time; stress has become an everyday reality for all members of our Husky community. The UW Alumni Association (UWAA) has responded by creating fun ways to stay engaged and active for huskies of all ages. In addition, the UWAA is proud to be able to offer free membership for life to all members of the Class of 2020 – Congratulations to all our Graduates!
