Join us for our annual Economics Nobel Prize Lecture!

Submitted by Madison Girard on

In this year’s Nobel Prize in Economics lecture, Associate Professors Philip Brock and Yu-chin Chen consider the work of the 2022 Laureates Ben Bernanke, Douglas Diamond, and Philip Dybvig, who were awarded “for research on banks and financial crises”. The knowledge from their research informed policy measures taken during the 2008-2009 financial crisis and the 2020 pandemic crisis.

The lecture will take place May 1, 2023 from 6-7 PM in Savery Hall 260. Space is limited, so registration is required. Visit the event website for more information.
