After an adviser submits a Graduation Application, students should expect to receive an email from the Graduation & Academic Records Office (ugradoff@uw.edu) within a few minutes. This is a very important email to review, and for some reason, it sometimes appears in students' junk/spam email folders. Here are a few examples of what you should expect

If you see this email in your Junk/Spam folder, please move it back into your Inbox and be sure to click the link to confirm your Graduation Application. This email is considered trustworthy, and we are not sure why it often seems to be filtered into the Junk/Spam folder.
